Mr. Rajat Bhatia is a dedicated advocate specialising in high-stakes litigation and legal representation across multiple judicial forums. His expertise spans civil and criminal litigation, family law, and corporate disputes, with a proven track record of representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and tribunals such as the CAT, NCDRC, NCLT, and NCLAT. Rajat has successfully managed complex matters involving the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), corruption cases, and property disputes.

Beyond the courtroom, he has expertise in Immigration Law, particularly in navigating complex US immigration processes. His proficiency extends to conducting in-depth legal research, preparing legal opinions on immigration matters, and ensuring all applications strictly comply with evolving US immigration laws and regulations. Notably, he has handled FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) matters, including a writ petition against the Union of India that received coverage from major media outlets like The Hindu and The Print.

Salonee Keshwani is result driven and dedicated advocate specialising in Corporate Law, Commercial Contract Negotiation, and Regulatory Compliance. Her expertise includes managing complex legal transactions and conducting comprehensive Due Diligence to support M&A activities and investment decisions. She has a proven track record in drafting and vetting a wide array of high-volume legal contracts for diverse clients ranging from major banks to real estate developers.

In addition to her corporate practice, she possesses significant experience in Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management. She has represented corporate and notable clients in arbitral proceedings and critical matters before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT and CAT. She has experience in handling matters pertaining to civil and criminal litigation, family law and matrimonial disputes. Furthermore, her practice also encompasses providing expert advisory on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and the Companies Act, ensuring strategic legal solutions that align with business objectives.
